A note from the founder
I started Adalah Recruitment because I was tired of seeing candidates ghosted and employers sold a process instead of a result. Every search I run is built on the same principle: honesty over hype, and a genuine fit over a fast fee. That's the standard I hold myself to on every hire - lasting impact, not just a placement.
And it's the standard the whole team works to.
